Since Shugosha is a shapeshifter, he can look like anything he wants. Rather it be a shinigami, demon, human, tree, plant or anything with life force. As long as there is life in it or energy, he can shapeshift into it. So his true form is rarely ever seen.

How:

Shugosha became a demon by birth through a meeting Oni Chiita had with a female tiger like demon.

Background:

Stated in how he became a demon, Shugosha was birthed by a female tiger demon and is the son of the great cheetah Demon Oni Chiita. He started off running amok around Touketsu's palace since that's where most of Oni Chiita's pack stayed. And believe you me, it was a HUGE pack. There were THOUSANDS of these cheetah's and his offspring around. Shugosha was merely one of the stronger demons this cheetah spawned. At any rate, Shugosha, for some reason or another, had a pretty cheerful attitude towards life. He was carefree, always smiling and seemed pretty human like in emotion. The others around Shugosha would take this kindess for weakness. ...and it would be there downfall. His raw power, although be it low compared to most vice captains or even some 3rd or 4th seat, was enough to handle some of the weaker ones in Oni Chiita's pack and other demons that picked fights with him. He slaughtered them without a second thought and devoured their flesh with a devilish smile on his face.

After fighting against many demons at a young age, Shugosha eventually began to discover his power. He was a shapeshifter. He discovered this power when he started thinking of one of the demons he killed and eventually transformed into his body along with his powers. Startled by these change of events, Shugosha shapeshifted back into his original state. Then he started thinking of the demon again and shapeshifted. Once he started figuring out his powers, he believed he could shapeshift into any previous person he's fought or come into contact with him. However, he wouldn't DARE try shapeshifting into Oni Chiita while he was in the country. Or anyone for that fact. Because they would draft his ass into Touketsu's army so fast his head would spin. So he kept it a secret.

At least, until he decided he had enough of demon after a few centuries in it. After exploring the country where he stayed for many years, Shugosha became dull and sought out excitement. Luckily for him, his father had recently been sealed inside of a young boy and he was free to roam the human world. It was amazing how much different there world was from his. He...he loved it. Especially since he could blend in with anybody after shapeshifting into someone. It was easy to get around. That is, until he met Shadin Yuudeshi.

He discovered Shadin after hearing so much about him from Karakura Town. Deciding it was best not to show his true colors yet, Shugosha shapeshifted into a cheetah pup and made up a story about how in his cheetah pup form it reserved power, but in his adult cheetah form it was max power. So from then, Shugosha was accepted as Shadin's cool little pet. After awhile, though, Shadin thought he would be better off guarding Snow. So, he gave him to her a gift and he gladly became her guardian.

....little does Shadin know, however, he really takes guarding her seriously...

Personality:

Mostly Shugosha is talkative, happy and very playful around people. Especially Snow. It's shown by how he cuddles in Snow's lap, jokes around, how lazy he is about shapeshifting and how he surprised one of Snow's friends by walking around her house nude since in his demon form he was usually naked, and many other traits. Many just see as a childish thing, but Shugosha uses it to his advantage to hide his power from others so they don't suspect anything.

Whenever he starts thinking about that, he starts to feel very manipulative, cunning and slightly cynical. It's most likely from his demon blood, but he can't help it. BUT, he would never do anything to betray Snow. For some reason or another, he is just latched to her.

He has no ONE element since he can shapeshift.

Animal: Cheetah/Tiger

Powers:

To put it bluntly, like I've said before, Shugosha is a shapeshifter.

He gains the ability to shapeshift because his body is able to suck in the energy, reitsu or whatever else emits from any living being into his body. After that point, the DNA that came from whatever being is analyzed, stored, saved and can be used for later. So, to be blunt, Shugosha is the demon with a thousand powers. Literally. After being around so many demons, shinigami, humans, ziamichi's and a few other races he's picked up all of those powers. He can shoot a cero, he can perform kidou, he can use Chaos Control and any other races unique trait.

However, he cannot use all of these powers at once unless he transforms into a blank human body. In that form, he can use nearly every powers his aquired, but it's weakened to an extent. It also drains his power whenever he performs more then a dozen or two powers.

Likes: Snow, Shadin (But not more then Snow), food, being happy, himself and Tsubine

Dislikes: His father

Fears: Going back to demon world or getting killed by his father
