In The Thread, "Clash of Titants", there is currently a major threat of Radiation spreading throughout some of the Seireitei due to the on-going spar with 0 Division Member, Ceon Clixx, and Former Vice Captain of Kenpachi Zaraki and Biological Experimentation of KJ: Radioactive. There is also a major Category 5 Hurricane to be worried about as well forming from Ceon Clixx.
During the battle Radioactive used an attack he hadn't used in awhile. To sum it all up, it's basically a miniature nuclear explosion going on within the Gotei 13's boundaries.
It should also be noted Radioactive was used as a walking, breathing, fighting nuclear weapon during the war against the Quincies thanks to the mad scienteist, KJ Yunashi. Thanks to the modifications to his body he was able to help in the extermination of Quincies with the Gotei 13.
Will anyone be able stop these two from destroying everything for the sake of fun or will they eventually finish each other off? For now, if your not at least on 0 tier, it's better to stand back and watch this battle from afar. Anyone under 0 tier will be more prone to die if they enter this battlefield.

The temperature was in mid 70's around 2:00 am. Where the ebony of the night sheltered and began to smother one entity known as Ziamichi. The young man known as Silvia stood erect waiting stars to descend. His eyes could not is eyes become the overseer to a sky full of stars and a solid ivory orb of pure beauty. It sat upon it's kingdom ruling all of the night. Silvia smiled as he waited in the gleam of the illumination.

Silvia stated as he was soon lost in his thoughts, for a moment. The cry of a dog ten blocks away echoed through the atmosphere begging for its owner to let it in. The gakufu of Silvia spurred in all angles as the almighty breeze propelled along his anatomy. Silvia wafted the air with his left hand as he slowly began decline to his knee. He relaxed there upon the luxuriant callow plucking the green edges from their dirt covered region between his fingers. The street lights were light brightly eliminating the shadows of night. Not to far off, Silvia could feel the vibration of a march. Something was leading way to his passage.

Oh what a lovely morning!
The humming of a young woman could be heard as the light trotting steps were the beat to her humming medley. The young woman wore a simple white one piece dress as her rainbow hair jumped up and down to her light skips. Her blue eyes observed every scene of the world as she enjoyed everything of it!
This enlightening person was the one known as Noah.
She was a very delighted individual, and she didn't really have the ability to be serious about anything. To her, everything was a playground and she enjoyed very much the ability to play and smile in any way natural, which was the exact opposite of her counterpart Eve.
As the young girl skipped and hummed, she stopped atop a hill to see the silhouette of an individual she was not familiar with. Well, she was in a FANTASTIC mood this evening, so why not go meet this charming fellow?
Noah made her way passing the trees and rocking her head back and forth to her humming tone. It was actually delightful at first, but as she got closer to the individual in the shadows of the night, it began to grow more eerie. It got lower and lower as her hair began to rise into the air and her power rose.
Was she going into an attack mode!?
She finally made it into the Moonlight right next to the individual and with a loud and preppy cheer she said:
"HELLO NIGHT MOUSE!"
She didn't hold back the fact it was 2 am at all! She was completely harmless as her power somehow disappeared and her hair was all down. What was that creepy feeling just a moment ago?

Eve was not pleased on how she was ignored. It was obvious that this individual had a special power inside of him as she could read his traces. His spiritual power traces as well as soul wavelength was quite up there. A normal human holds about 15 psi of spiritual pressure and about 3 beats per second on a wavelength. This one had about 140 psi of pressure and 11 beats on his wavelength. It wasn't near Eve's as hers was 300 and 19, but still, this person was special in a way...
Eve followed him for a moment till he seemed to stop at the beach line of the river. Eve hated men, and how they lallygagged around, not getting to what was important here.
Eve decided to get a little more assertive in her actions now. She lifted her arm as it became that of an extremely long scythe and the blade wrapped itself around the mans neck, giving him the only escape towards Eve.
She spoke clearly so he could hear her...
"I'll ask one more time... Do you know someone by the name of KJ?"
Eve's patience was wearing thin...

Target distance, closing!
Eve was not 300 feet away heading to Karakura town to begin her work for the night, and of course she was being followed. Eve was able to tell by the trace and frequency of the target that it was the boy from before. This left Eve very unimpressed and annoyed. She not only hated men, but men even more that wont leave her alone. At first Noah asks him if he's Adam, and he responds with leave me be, then Eve asks if he knows of KJ and he asks for solitude. Were all men this incoherent with others? This caused the mind of Noah and Eve to become annoyed with the male gender as all they do is cause problems...
Eve with plenty of time to react, fell to her right knee as her waist twisted and her right arm rose up, as she was now under the hand of the male whom just tried to make contact. Eve's expression was not only unimpressed but she now desired blood. Her right arm turned into a longsword as it was now right next to the cheek of this subject...
How should she cut him up?
"Target locked..."
Eve wasn't going to let this fool touch her with his filthy hands after all...
"I suggest you leave now before I make you food for the rat trash in the area..."
Eve awaited his reaction with all parts of her body ready for action to his move. Was he going to retreat or attack? Either way, if his actions were hostile, Eve will have her first prey of the night...

His action was indeed assumed, as to avoid such a simple attack, one must move in the direction opposite of the weapon. His moves were indeed very predictable and noted. For his next action, this proved to Noah/Eve that he was indeed not normal as his kick caused a wave in the earth, and made the ground below her crackle up and collapse. Was this some kind of wavelength ability?
With no hesitation, Eve sprouted wings from her back and was now in the air as she looked down at the disgusting male below her. Right where all men belonged, below women on the food chain.
Eve then began to wonder what his sensory abilities were like. Was he like that of a bat and use the ability of radar to detect his opponents? This was indeed something to observe carefully.
Eve noted the cars in the area, looking at all angles of cars and objects, and grinned as both her arms turned into that of machine guns. The left wasn't nearly as deadly looking as the right one as she pointed the right at the boy below and the left at the cars nearby.
Lets see his sensory skills...
Eve then fired bullets at a massive speed below as they fired right at the character, and with the other hand, she shot at the vehicles. The bullets caused the cars to explode which sent shock waves into the area causing massive sound as well as heat and movement, as well as gas from the leaking vehicles.
What was his ability to sense from?
Eve finally kept shooting at him with the right while blowing up cars with the left and carefully noting every angle of the object in the area, checking density of objects as well as momentum...
We'll see how this boy can fight...
